New this year!  Exhibitors will enter their own entries using the online system.  IMPORTANT to keep a record of the e-mail you use and the Password you create.  You will use both to check-in at the show and to manage your action account.  As this is new, we are going to be reasonable with deadlines dates – in general this means if you miss the deadline due to a technical issue and contact us, we will work with you.  Please do so by contacting us by e-mal to techsuper@bcjls.com.  We are volunteers, and will response as we can.   Once you complete the entry, you will receive an automatic email confirming entry.   We are highly recommending payment by credit card at the time of check-out, but we are not requiring.  IF NOT PAYING ONLINE, payment must be mailed to BCJLS po box 1193 Adkins Tx. 78101. By November 15th – include a copy of the invoice e-mail when the entries are submitted.  Any checks returned for INSUFECANT FUNDS will invalid the Exhibitor.   Thank you, have a great show!
